Würth Super Glue – Thick Grade is a professional, fast-setting cyanoacrylate adhesive designed to create strong and reliable bonds across a range of commonly used materials.

Its high-viscosity formulation provides greater control than standard thin super glues, helping reduce dripping and unwanted run-off during application. This makes it particularly useful for vertical surfaces, detailed repairs and jobs where accurate placement is important.

The adhesive is suitable for bonding rubber, metal and many rigid plastics, including uPVC. It is ideal for window and door repairs, fitting work, trim installation and general trade or domestic maintenance.

For faster curing, particularly on difficult materials or in low-humidity conditions, the adhesive can be used alongside a compatible super glue activator spray.

Directions for use

Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and loose material.

Apply a small amount of adhesive to one surface only. Position the components accurately and press them firmly together until the initial bond has formed.

Use the adhesive sparingly, as excessive product may increase curing time or reduce the quality of the bond. Where appropriate, a compatible activator spray may be applied according to its instructions to accelerate curing.

Allow the adhesive to cure fully before placing the bonded component under significant load.

Always test compatibility before use, particularly on coated, painted, flexible or unfamiliar plastics.
